On August 21, the first “Zhumeng Cup” Cross-Strait Youth Badminton Invitational Tournament concluded at Shenzhen Vocational College of Information Technology. The event was co-hosted by the Shenzhen Association of Taiwan Compatriots and Their Families and the Shenzhen Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League. The tournament brought together five universities from Shenzhen and five from Taiwan, with over 100 faculty and student representatives participating in exchanges. Ultimately, Shenzhen University claimed the team first prize with an undefeated record.

Throughout the competition, players from both sides of the strait paid mutual respect during intense rallies and deepened their understanding through coordinated teamwork.
